Moving molecules.
Across markets.
VP Ventures is a fuel logistics and commodity marketing company built to serve buyers, distributors, and operators in energy markets where reliable supply matters most.
Who we are
VP Ventures delivers end-to-end supply, marketing, and physical trading of natural gas liquids and fuel products across North American and global markets. We specialize in markets that traditional infrastructure underserves, remote industrial sites, emerging economies, and buyers who need supply chains that don't rely on conventional routes.
Our work spans three core lines of business: LNG delivered via virtual pipeline, NGL and LPG midstream marketing, and fuel oil bulk supply. Underlying all of it is a physical trading and risk management capability that supports every client relationship we maintain.
We are structured to execute, across supply, logistics, trading, and hedging, for customers at any point in the energy value chain.
How we operate
VP Ventures functions as a full-service supply partner. When we enter a supply relationship, we take responsibility for the entire chain: sourcing, logistics, pricing, risk management, and delivery.
Our market model is designed for flexibility. We work with buyers who need reliable supply and price protection, and with operators who need logistics solutions that standard channels can't provide.
Geographically, we operate across North American markets and international supply routes, with growing engagement in emerging fuel markets globally.
Our four service areas
Each service area is interconnected, logistics informs trading, supply informs hedging, and market access informs everything.
LNG-as-a-Service
Delivered liquefied natural gas via ISO container and virtual pipeline, enabling industrial facilities, remote operations, and bridge power users to access natural gas without pipeline infrastructure.
NGL Midstream Marketing
Wholesale supply and marketing across propane, butane, condensate, and Y-grade, with logistics coordination and price risk management for distributors and end-use markets.
Fuel Oils & Bulk Supply
Diesel, gasoline, and bulk LPG sourced from global refining and blending operations, structured for buyers with specific product requirements or international logistics needs.
Physical Trading & Hedging
Physical commodity trading and price risk management across all product lines, giving buyers the tools to protect margins and execute with confidence.
Built to execute
the whole chain
Every VP Ventures engagement is backed by physical supply, logistics coordination, and price-risk management — and by a leadership team that deployed capital, moved molecules, and ran energy operations at scale before VP Ventures existed. We don't broker one slice of the problem. We take the molecule from source to end application as a single accountable partner.
Single-counterparty delivery
We source the product, contract the transport, stage on-site storage, and regasify on demand, so a site a pipeline can't reach gets uninterrupted supply from one partner instead of a patchwork of vendors.
A delivered price, not market exposure
We structure a fixed delivered-fuel price over the contract term, supported by contracted supply, contracted logistics, and hedging — so customers can budget a delivered cost rather than ride the spot market.
Sized to the site
From single-site bridge power to multi-megawatt deployments, scoped to what each location can realistically support and what supply can reliably serve.
Structured, creditworthy transactions
Each engagement is built on sound credit and contract footing, including LC-structured arrangements for international supply.
These capabilities sit on top of decades of directly relevant experience — energy trading and risk, large-scale capital deployment, petroleum and natural-gas engineering, global supply-chain operations, and small-scale LNG origination across the Americas. Meet the team →
